This Privacy Policy explains how Ordrize ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service at ordrize.softpulze.com (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information — Your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
Facebook data — When you connect a Facebook Page through our app, we receive:
- Your Facebook user ID and name
- A list of Pages you manage and their access tokens
- Page posts, comments, and messages delivered through Facebook webhooks
- Commenter and sender public profile information (name, profile picture, ID)
We use this data only to provide automation features (auto-replies, order capture) on the Pages you connect.
Order and customer data — Information you enter while managing orders: customer names, phone numbers, addresses, product details, and order history.
Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process Facebook Page comments and messages according to your automation rules
- To send transactional emails (password reset, billing, support replies)
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under written confidentiality terms
- Facebook/Meta, when you use features that interact with their platform
- Law enforcement, when required by valid legal process
4. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., billing records).
5. Facebook Data Deletion
You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from Business → Facebook → Disconnect. This removes stored Page tokens and stops further webhook processing. To request full deletion of all Facebook-derived data, email us at the address below.
6. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, encrypt access tokens at rest, and follow industry-standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend using a strong, unique password.
7. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
