These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ordrize ("the Service") provided at ordrize.softpulze.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information when registering.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Facebook's policies
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access data outside your account
- Interfere with the Service's operation
You are solely responsible for your interactions with end customers and for compliance with applicable laws (consumer protection, data protection, advertising).
4. Facebook Integration
When you connect a Facebook Page, you grant Ordrize permission to access and act on the Page through Facebook's APIs. Your use of Facebook features is also subject to Facebook's Terms and Policies.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in ways that harm us or other users. You may close your account at any time from Account → Settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by us. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a license to host and process that data to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chattogram.
